    What are the conditions for Cancellation and Modification?

    • The order number and the change requests of your package should be included in detail for our information. 
    • All requests in relation to cancellation and modification will only be accepted within 2 hours once you placed the order. 
    • Concerning the shipping time, it would take us much longer time to proceed with your redesign requirements. We can not assure to deliver your order on time as mentioned before.

    Refund & Replacement Policy

    We design our product and gear to help you create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. And above all, we want your experience in our site to be the best, so if they're not working exactly right for you or your beloved ones, we've got you covered. 

    We would recommend you to drop us an email via our Support centre: [email protected] if you have any feedback with regards to our Services and Products. 

    In terms of refund and replacement, the policy remains eligible within a 30-day period for the 2D printed products including shirts, Mugs, Ornaments, Posters, Dog Bone Pet Tags. The 45-day policy will be applied to other products since your purchasing date. 

    The Return policy has not applied to our products. In case the defect is on our side, Refund or Replacement will be implemented entirely by our store. 

    Please carefully note that the Refund and Replacement condition is eligible under these circumstances:

    • The item is significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;
    • Damages made to the product associating with our manufacturing process or carriers; 
    • The product received is different from what you have ordered.

    For any minor defects, a partial refund is acceptable. (Shipping fee is excluded). 

    *Please kindly note that refund is not accepted if it’s material-related.

    There are certain situations in which we do not refund or exchange the products 

    • The order was confirmed, including any promotions of the sale season.
    • The order was made by mistake on the customer's part, which causes choosing an unwanted colour, size, ...

    Our mock-up products are designed and printed based on the automated system of a print-on-demand store. Please strongly acknowledge that there will be a 20% difference between the actual package and the advertised images on our site, because of photo shooting or monitor's display. 

    Whether you are hesitating about which size is better, we recommend you to choose the larger one. 

    Please provide these essential pieces of information when sending a request for Refund/Replacement at our store 

    • Order number;
    • Video/photo as proof of detected issues;
    • Your delivery address.

    Once your request is submitted, our support team will inspect the issue carefully as soon as possible. Your Refund/Replacement will be processed and as long as it is confirmed to be eligible, we will undertake a full refund or replacement for you with no additional costs.

    SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

    Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

    - Payment:

    If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

    PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

    1. _session_id, unique token, sessional: Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

    2. _shopify_visit, no data held: Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

    3. _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day: Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

    4. cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks: Stores information about the contents of your cart.

    5. _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

    6. storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite: If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

    7. PREF, persistent for a very short period: Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where
